Patient had a power drill fall on his leg. No insurance. Cleaned up wound, confirmed no fever, modest pain, no apparent infection. Used sterile water to rinse off pus from wound. Apply 50/50 formula of silver ointment and high quality raw honey. Explained what he had to look for if an infection was starting. First pictures are day one and two after injury. Last picture four days later.
